PENOX GmbH developed Red Lead Plus (RL+) as a dry, free-flowing powder that combines the advantages of red lead (Pb3O4) and tetrabasic (4BS) seeding material.

It is a surface-functionalized red lead with micronized tetrabasic seeding material (0.5µm).

The material can be mixed with all lead oxides (ball mill or Barton oxide and standard red lead) and allows for an equal distribution of the seeds within the dry oxide mix.
