Ziel der Position

Unterstützung des Accounting-Teams im Tagesgeschäft zur Stabilisierung der operativen Abläufe und Entlastung bei wiederkehrenden Aufgaben.

Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung (Rechnungsprüfung, Kontierung, Buchung, Abstimmungen)
  • Bank- und Kassenbuchungen, Zahlungsverkehr (nach Prozess/Freigabe)
  • Kontenabstimmungen (Sachkonten, Kreditoren/Debitoren, Intercompany nach Bedarf)
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschluss (Vorarbeiten, Abstimmungslisten, Belege)
  • Pflege von Stammdaten (Kreditoren/Debitoren)
  • Unterstützung bei USt-Themen (z. B. Belegprüfung, Zuarbeit für Meldungen)
  • Klärung offener Posten und Kommunikation mit internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung (Dokumentation, Ablage, Prozessunterstützung)

Anforderungen / Qualifikationen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Steuerfachangestellte*r) oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung/Accounting (Teilbereiche sind ok)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; ERP-Erfahrung von Vorteil (Navision)
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise; Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Teamfähigkeit, klare Kommunikation und serviceorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Deutsch fließend; Englisch von Vorteil

Job Title: Accounting / Bookkeeping Specialist (Part-time)
Location: Ohrdruf (remote by arrangement)
Working Hours: Part-time (e.g., 20–25 hours/week)
Start Date: as soon as possible

Purpose of the Role

Support the accounting team in day-to-day operations to ensure stable processes and relieve workload by taking ownership of recurring accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processing (invoice checks, coding, posting, reconciliations)
  • Bank and cash postings, payment preparation (subject to internal approvals)
  • Account reconciliations (GL, AP/AR, intercompany if required)
  • Support with month-end and year-end closing preparation (supporting schedules, documentation)
  • Maintenance of master data (vendors/customers)
  • Support on VAT-related tasks (e.g., document checks, preparation support)
  • Clearing open items and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • General administrative support (filing, documentation, process support)

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Completed commercial education or comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in accounting (experience in specific areas is acceptable)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; ERP experience is a plus (Navision)
  • Structured, reliable working style; ability to prioritize under workload
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Fluent German; English is an advantage

PENOX Korea installed a second red lead oven!

PENOX Korea has successfully installed a second red lead oven in our plant located in Yeongcheon, Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea.

This new SA3 oven doubles our production capacity and allows us to develop further our business in Korea and in South East Asia. PENOX Korea is able to supply all red lead grades required by the most innovative lead acid battery producers in Asia and PENOX Group is proud  of PENOX Korea achievements.
